Carl Lee Douglas 67, of Owensboro, departed this life on Saturday August 19, 2017 at his home. He was born to his parents, the late Robert and Jessie Douglas Sr., also preceding him in death was one son, Bobby Hall; five brothers, Melvin Smith Sr., Robert Douglas Jr., Eugene Douglas, William Douglas, and Harold Douglas. Carl was retired from Swedish Match. He was a member of the 10th Street Missionary Baptist Church. He loved to go fishing. He leaves to cherish his memories and mourn the loss of his passing, his companion of 45 years, Georgia Hall; two sons, Drew Hall and Wayne Hall; three daughters, Lisa Hall, Tiresha Hall, and Lekisha Hall; nine grandchildren, Alexis, Josh, J'Nayah, Jada, Brionna, Ke'Asha, Ke'Auna, Lizy, Zjhan; one great-grandchild, Adalynn; one brother, David Douglas; two sisters-in-law, Doris Smith and Velita Douglas, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
