Constance Frances Noe, 66, of Lewisport, KY, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the Heartford House Inpatient Center while under the compassionate care of Hospice of Western Kentucky.

Born on November 28, 1959, in Cleveland, Ohio, Constance was the daughter of the late Joseph and Loretto Fagan.
