Edward Henry Banks, 73, of Owensboro, departed this life on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born in Ekron, KY to the late McHenry and Edriena Banks. Edward was retired from National Southwire in Hawesville after many years of service. He leaves to cherish his memories and mourn the loss of his passing one son, Brian Starks; two daughters, Penny Banks-Daugherty and Tory Banks Donofrio; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; one brother, Lawrence (Lynn) Lewis; three sisters, Pasty Ann Miller, Reverend Linda (Stan) Young, Jessie M. (Jeremiah) Bright; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Memorial Services will be Noon Tuesday at McFarland Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 11:00 am Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
