Frances Moseley from Owensboro went to be with her family in the sky on May 8th 2026. 

She is preceeded in death by her parents Jesse and Ruby Baggarly; her brothers Glenden, Jimmy, and Thomas Baggarly; and her sister Girtey Camp.  Also she has laid to rest her children Margie A. and Michael R. Thomas. 

She is survived by her daughter Melody Ward and grandchildren Jonathan Ward Jr.,  Justin Ward, Dawna Ward, and Samual Ward. Along with her brother Jerry Baggarly and sister Patricia D. Gramlin. Along with several nieces and nephews. 

She helped raise Katie Willis and Nezzie  Lopez along with many other children and loved them as if they were her own. This is what brought her joy in life. She will sadly be missed by many loved ones.
