Hubbard Collins, 61, of Whitesville (formerly of Houston, TX) passed on February 25, 2021. Hubbard had been a laborer specialist in the construction industry, during his working years. He leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted family, who will hold their memories of him close to their hearts. Keeping with the wishes of Hubbard, the family has chosen cremation with no services.
