Jackquline Mundy Patrick, 64, of Owensboro, departed this life on Sunday December 27, 2015 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born to the late James and Dorothy Mundy, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Brenda Mundy Burroughs. Jackquline was a member of Tenth Street Missionary Baptist Church. She leaves to cherish her memories and mourn the loss of her passing three brothers; James Mundy, Phillip Mundy, and Leonard Mundy; two sisters, Dottie Mundy Palmer, and Maria Mundy Warren. Services will be noon Wednesday January 6, 2016 at Tenth Street Missionary Baptist Church. Burial in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 10:00 am to noon Wednesday at the church.
