James Lawrence Tinsley, 46, of Louisville, KY. passed away peacefully on Monday, April 10, 2017 at home. Formerly of Owensboro, he had resided in Louisville for ten years. He worked at Manhattan Project. James was preceded in death by his parents; Edward and Sharon Murphy Tinsley. He leaves to cherish his memories and mourn the loss of his passing one son Treyvon Tinsley; two daughters, Addie Tinsley and Mia Tinsley; one sister, Teresa Riles-Downing; two brothers, Edward Tinsley Jr. and Stephen Haught, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Memorial Services are at 1:00 pm Saturday at Mount Calvary Baptist Church. McFarland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
