Jean Walker Williams, 79, of Owensboro, departed this life on Wednesday April 27, 2016 at Heartford House Hospice of Western Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her mother, Agatha Pruitt; husband, Herman Joe Williams; two brothers, Donald West Sr., David Pruitt; one sister, Barbara Stringer. Jean was a member of Fourth Street Baptist Church. She leaves to cherish her memories and mourn the loss of her passing one son, Michael (Jonell) Modock two daughters, Tanya Fountain and Mischelle Williams, ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Services will be at 1:00 pm Saturday at Fourth Street Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 12:45 pm Saturday at the church. Donations may be made to Hospice of Western Kentucky.
