Mark Andrew Finegan, 65, of Owensboro, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2026. He was born on February 15, 1961, in Rochester, New York, to the late William Robert and Doris Jean Finegan.

Mark proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for several years, continuing afterward to give back to his community through veteran volunteer work. Known for his exceptional skill and craftsmanship, Mark built a respected reputation as an expert drywall finisher, contributing his fine work to many projects throughout the area.

In keeping with the family’s wishes, no services are planned.
