Rosetta "Popeye" Fountain, 73, of Owensboro, departed this life on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Ross Harris, Sr., and Blanche Lewis Harris. She leaves to mourn her loss and cherish her memories her companion of 46 years, George Lewis Sipes; five sons, Gary Harris, Jason Fountain, David Clark, William Fountain, Terrance Fountain, three daughters, Dedira Lynn Harris, Karen White, Donna Fountain; (13) grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; one brother, Jesse Harris, Jr.; one sister, Sabrina Harris, a special friend, Odessa Hutchinson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
