Sadie Loretta Pope Howard, 63, of Owensboro, departed this life on Thursday July 23, 2015 at home. She was born in Utica, Kentucky. Her father; Farleigh Pope Sr. preceded her in death along with two brothers; Jerry Pope and Farleigh Pope Jr. Sadie was a member of Cedar Street Missionary Baptist Church. She leaves to cherish her memories and mourn the loss of her passing, her mother; Marie Jackson Henderson, two daughters; Susan (Kenneth) Black and Tara Pope, eight grandchildren, one brother; Donnie (Paula) Pope, a special sister; Joanne Kendall ,one uncle; French Pope Sr. Memorial Services will be at 11:00 am Wednesday at Cedar Street Missionary Baptist Church.
